Show Data Solutions maintains a database used to distribute a monthly email newsletter. This list is opt-in, which requires each subscriber to specifically ask to receive the newsletter. At any time, a subscriber may cancel their subscription and will be permanently removed from the database within one (1) business day. Occasionally, Show Data Solutions may include email correspondence to the database related to product and service offerings. These types of advertisement emails will be sent no more than once per calendar month.
Show Data Solutions also maintains a separate database of prospects, whose information is obtained from information request forms filled out on this web site. Show Data Solutions will include these prospects in advertisement emails that are sent no more than once per calendar month.
Show Data Solutions does not sell, disclose or distribute its confidential subscriber or prospect databases. If you feel your name has been provided to a third party from our company, please contact us immediately at abuses@showdatasolutions.com so that we can research your claim.
